Having read the papers and watched the news this week it would appear that it is now legal in this country to throw live cats into wheelie bins and leave them for 15 hours. I do hope that people don't now start doing this to small dogs. I know our postman would just love to throw me in a wheelie bin and leave me there.
At least if I was binned I could bark loud enough to get the attention of people walking nearby.
