Suddenly everyone is a sceptic

After Cheryl made it clear that she would be back at work on Friday the Internet is suddenly alive with medical experts all claiming that she can't have been that poorly if she has recovered so quickly. The poor girl just can't win. Some shit stirrers are even claiming that she is rushing back to work early because she is worried her replacement is starting to get her feet under the table. Why can't people just accept that Cheryl is as tough as old nails and her super human powers allow her to conquer even the most serious illness without even batting an eye-lid.
