Apparently Cheryl has summoned up the strength to tell her visitors that she will do all she can to get well so she can get back on X-factor. Surely she got other things to worry about rather than some tacky TV show.
Sounds to me like Simon has got his spin doctors hard at work trying to keep the show in the spotlight.
