Simon is not a happy bunny and he is blaming all his woes on poor old Dermot. He is spitting feathers because Dermot blabbed about Sunday's farce on the X-factor. I'm sure Simon would love to sack him but could you just imagine the can of worms that would open. Dermot knows where too many bodies are buried. If Dermot suddenly found he had some spare time on his hands I'm sure he could soon knock up a very juicy autobiography that wouldn't make pleaseant reading for Simon.
I'm not sure what's going on at the Bridge with Ray making a sudden exit today. It's probably just the Godfather clearing the way to bring in one of his own people as his number two. The only other possible explanation is that Romam is starting to cut back his spending at the club. That would be bad knews for Ash given he's one of the big earners and one of the older players. He could be next out of the door.
