Cheryl is on X-factor at the moment deciding which three acts to keep and which five to send home.  It's a competition to see who is crying the most Cheryl or the girls. She keeps telling them that she is being brutally honest but what she really means is she has been told who to pick by Simon. Why does she keep picking quirky rather than concentrating on real talent. Simon has clearly decided that he doesn't want a girl winner this year so he's going for quirky girls to pull in the viewers.
